- Core web and search services needed to move onto a new cloud platform. The retailer needed a repeatable release process that protected customer-facing availability.
- Approach
- Services moved onto Kubernetes with an agreed process for releasing changes between environments. Standard deployment templates and resource limits made delivery and capacity more consistent. Cloud projects were consolidated, with controls aligned to SOC 2.
- Result
- The retailer could release its core services without downtime. Cloud projects were consolidated and brought under common controls.
